We have a learning and development framework that includes internal, external and on-line training for all job roles to help you develop in your job role.
Access to and funding for CPD is available to all employees to ensure that our employees’ skills and knowledge remains up-to-date. We also pay for professional subscriptions relevant to your job role.
We provide an additional 2 days leave for employees to volunteer, either internally within Horton, or externally with local community groups, recognised charities or events.
All employees are encouraged to job shadow employees in other parts of the organisation to gain experience and insight into other areas of the organisation.
