Our Services:

Floating Support Services – working with people in their own homes and providing housing-related support. You will help people to develop the skills they need to live independently, maintain their tenancy, and achieve their aspirations.

Supported Accommodation – providing temporary and emergency accommodation for people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

Outreach Services – prevention and support services for people who are experiencing rough sleeping.

Training Services – providing essential life skills, tenancy ready training and English classes for people who speak other languages (ESOL). 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Central Support:

Property Services – repairs and maintenance to ensure that all of our properties are safe, secure and comfortable.

IT – providing IT solutions and support to the organisation.

Finance – accounts payable and receivable, payroll, management accounts.

HR, Learning and Development – providing support to all colleagues on a variety of employment relations and training needs.

Communications – managing internal and external communications including newsletters, our website and social media.

Customer Services – first point of contact for our Head Office services, providing administration support for the organisation.

Rents Administration – providing support to our services in the day-to-day administration of the Association’s tenancies and rent accounts.
